Childrens’ Mental Health Awareness Week

How to promote good wellbeing and mental health:

o        Participate in regular exercise

o        Eat a balanced diet

o        Aim to get 8 – 10 hours sleep each night

o        Socialise with friends and family

o        Spend time doing something you enjoy

o        Talk to someone about your feelings

Remember: Guidance staff and mental health first aiders are available in school if you need to talk!
