“Hello” to all our pupils, we’re looking forward to welcoming you back to school over the course of the next three days. You should now have the information now for your phased return however, here is a reminder of the key information you will need for your first day back in school:-
Which day (s) do you come in?
Please check which group you are in and come into school on the correct day i.e. Please refer to ther email sent to parents on Friday 3 Jul 2020 at 17:10 approximatley and again on Monday 10 August. This details which of the next 3 days are ‘in school learning’ or ‘learning at home’. When not in school please check your Google Classroom stream and todo list for further information fromyour teachers.
All pupils enter via the pupil entrance where they will sanitise their hands before entering the building. Staff and senior pupils will be there to welcome you and help you find your way to your S1 Clan/S2-S6 SDA class. If you have forgoten your register group please also refer to the email sent on Friday 3 July i,e 1FM/3CL
Village pupils and pupils transported to school by parents, should arrive from 08.40-08.45 (no earlier than 8.40 please).
First lessons of the day
During the first two periods of the day your timetable will be issued and information shared on what is new on campus.
What to bring
Other than your school bag, pencil case (etc.) please bring only what you need for that day. You should bring a pair of trainers in case you have PE. No other PE kit is requried in the first week.
Rememer that you cannot top up your account with cash in school. Money needs to be added online in advance of your return to school (pleare refer ot yesterdays email). At this time, meals cannot be pre-ordered.
When to santise
- When you enter or leave a learning space
- Before and after eating.
- Before and after visiting the toilet.
- As directed by your teacher.
Other things to remember
- You do not need to wear a face mask unless traveling by public bus or taxi. Some staff may wear face coverings.
- Wherever possible please maintain 2m physical distance from adults on campus
- Set your alarm clock!
