Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a condition that affects people’s behaviour. People with ADHD can seem restless, may have trouble concentrating and may act on impulse . ADD is a type of ADHD that doesn’t involve constant movement and fidgeting but does mean that the individual may lose focus. People with this disorder may have trouble managing time, being organised, setting goals and staying on task however, sometimes it’s just your perspective that needs to change as it also brings many positives………
