Crisp Packet Project

Crisp Packet Project

The Prince’s Trust group are currently leading their Community Project unit. They are trying to collect crisp packets to make into sleeping bags for the homeless.  The foil on the inside of the crisp packets can be used to create insulated sleeping bag liners.

All you need to do is put your empty crisp packets into the specific bins set up around school. These bins will be pointed out to you by posters on them.  We will clean, dry and then send the crisp packets to a homeless charity for them to turn the packets into sleeping bags.  Here is what our bins look like:

Thank-you for supporting our project and please feel free to bring in empty crisp packets from home so we can make as many sleeping bags as possible!

Maia,
