Further to Mrs Milne’s email to parents/carers of 2 September, just a reminder that if any parents would like support signing up to parentsportal.scot, Alford Academy’s admin team will be on hand this afternoon/evening from 4-7pm so assist parents with the sign up and matching of details process. For assistance please ring the main school number 019755 20430. This additional support was put in place to help parents that might not be able to contact the office during the school day. (Please note the school office is open for enquiries Monday to Friday from 08:15-16:00).

We would like to remind all pupils and parents that the Alford Community Campus is a nut free zone!  Even small traces of nuts can initiate a severe allergic reaction in some individuals with nut allergies.  Products containing nuts should therefore not be brought into school or taken on school trips.  This would include cereal bars, “Snickers” type products, peanut butter sandwiches etc.  Should you require further advice in relation to this please contact the school.

Alford Academy and PrimaryAlford Primary School and Alford Academy are opening the doors of their existing schools on Thursday, 24th September, between 4pm and 7pm. This is an opportunity for former pupils and members of the local community, who have fond memories of the current school buildings, to say farewell to the “old” campus.
