With the end of term now upon us, we thought it would be helpful to highlight some resources and opportunities that we have / will be releasing on our social media sites and on the Live Life at Home website during the summer to help keep children active during the summer holidays.
Our main challenge for the holidays is our “Virtual Distance Challenge”. We will send out further details on this challenge later this week.
We will also be continuing our #MindfulnessMonday theme with videos of activities to take part in thanks to our partnership work with Mindful Stonehaven. Keep an eye out for these on Facebook and Live Life Aberdeenshire’s YouTube channel.
Finally, you can find all the Active Schools resource cards on the Live Life at Home website, which you can download and use at any time alongside many other resources from across the service – bit.ly/LLAhome. Also, if you enjoyed our weekly challenges and sports day videos then these are available on the Live Life Aberdeenshire YouTube channel at any time to have a go at- https://bit.ly/LLAyt
We hope you enjoy our summer content on social media and, if the weather allows, a fantastic physical activity filled break.
Please feel free to share our social media pages with your friends and family and we’d love to see you getting involved in some of the challenges.
