U13 boys’ football:  Please see the noticeboard for the U13 boys 7 a side team for a tournament in Inverurie and collect a consent form.  Please also see the noticeboard for two upcoming home league matches and collect forms.

Soccer Sevens Football Tournament: Can all U15 Girls and U13 Boys who have been selected to play in this tournament make sure you return your parental consent form and bus money to Mr Cruickshank or Miss Shearer by Tues 4 Feb.  Thank you.

S4-6 Senior Boys: please let Mrs Rae or Mr McKay know by the end of Tuesday if you are available to play in the home tie against Mearns Academy on Wednesday 29th, 4pm KO.

Scotland’s Climate Champions: Calling all budding environmentalists! Do you have an interest in Climate Change? Would you like to make a positive change in Scotland?

The Hunter Foundation is offering a once in a lifetime opportunity to attend a high profile charity dinner at the National Museum of Scotland in Edinburgh on the 18th of February.

If you were the leader of Scotland, what would you do? Your ideas could win you and 7 of your peers a table for David Attenborough’s key note speech.

All secondary ages are welcome. Meeting will be held in D061 (Geography) on Tuesday 28th January at 1:30.

Daily Bulletin Wednesday 8 January

Singles Badminton Championships:  The Secondary Schools Singles Badminton Championships are being held at Banchory Academy on Sunday 26th January. If you would like to compete in the Championships, please collect an application form from Kerry/Jennie in the PE Dept. The closing date is 21st January.

Are you interested in issues of equality and inclusion? Do you want to help promote these values? If so come along to D0-64 at lunch time today (Wednesday 8th January) to find out more (you can bring your lunch).

Senior Boys Football: Could all players who are interested in playing in the next home fixture on Wednesday 29th January please attend a short meeting in Mrs Rae’s room (D1-44) at break-time on Thursday.                                                             

Netball: Next Monday, 13th January, there will be training as normal for S1-3 at 4pm. There is also a friendly match against a visiting team between 5pm and 6pm. All S1 and S2 netballers are invited to play.


Daily Bulletin – Thursday 3 October

Sponsored Walk 2019: A huge thank you to all the pupils who have handed in money so far – the total is sitting at £2,237. A special thank you to 4 pupils – Cara in S1, Hamish and Lewis in S2 and Jorja in S4 – who have raised an amazing £100 each – very well done! There are still a large number of pupils who have not yet handed in their sponsorship money so please try and do so before the end of this week. Money can be handed in to the School office or put in an envelope with pupil name on front and posted in the Pupil Drop Box beside the Guidance offices. Thank you!

Under 14 Boys Football:  Our next match is today away to Meldrum Academy, departing 2.50pm sharp.  Please collect a consent form and sign your availability on the sign-up sheet outside guidance ASAP, if you have not already done so.          

Musical Theatre will be cancelled on Tuesday 8th October due to a staff meeting. Apologies in advance.

Today is National Poetry Day. Hopefully you will get a chance to think about this year’s theme of truth and create a poem around that idea during the course of your day. If not, feel free to have a go yourself and pop it in to D1-46.

Young Enterprise: All S6 pupils who signed-up for Young Enterprise should attend a kick-off meeting on Friday lunchtime at 1.30pm in C1-31.

Senior Boys Football Team: There will be a short meeting in Mrs Rae’s room (D144) at Thursday break time.  All those wanting to play for the senior team this season must attend to pick up consent forms & find out information about forthcoming matches.

Drama Club:  A new Drama Club is starting up after school on a Monday, beginning Monday 2nd September 3.45-4.45pm, open to all year groups. If interested, please collect a consent form from Miss Murray this week (Drama Studio, F0-33).

Lost Property: a black size 7 sketcher trainer was found last week in school.  If it belongs to you, could you please collect it from E150.

Girls Football: Junior and Senior girls football training will begin on Thursday 29th August from 3-4pm. Please collect a consent form from the PE department.
