In the event of an emergency closure some faculties will use the blog to post work, either at a faculty level or for individual classes.

Some faculties operate ’emergency closure packs’ or issue instructions to pupil in advance of poor weather so that pupils can continue their learning in a meaningful way while the school remains closed, or transport routes are disrupted.
