College and University – Alford Academy

The Business and Digital Education faculty were delighted to welcome RGU’s School of Computing staff who came in on Thursday 16 May to speak with our S3 Computing Science classes about Robotics. There was a very informative talk and discussion around robotics along with an opportunity to code some CuteBots and race around a track. We would like to thank staff from the School of Computing for coming out and providing such a fun, engaging and interactive session which our S3s very much enjoyed.

They will be discussing the stereotypes surrounding apprenticeships and highlighting the incredible opportunities they offer within their organisations, including degree apprenticeships. This is a fantastic chance to hear directly from current apprentices about their own experiences.
