Instructions to join a Microsoft Teams meeting from a link if you do not wish to download the teams software.  If you are joining from a computer which you normally use Teams for work purposes, you may wish to copy the link provided into an “in private” or “incognito” browser.

 

1. Open the link provided
2. If a Teams pop up appears and you do not wish to use teams software click cancel.
3. Choose the Continue in this browser option.
4. Allow access to your microphone and camera
5. Enter your name in the box and click Join Now.

Upon joining you will initially be placed into a virtual lobby until admitted by the meeting organisers.
